If you plan to visit Special Collections and University Archives, please contact us to schedule a time for your visit. You may either email Jim Schnur, the Special Collections librarian, or call us at 727-873-4094. If you get our voicemail, please leave a message with a callback number. We make every attempt to provide flexible office hours and appointments, including occasional evening hours.

Due to the unique and valuable nature of the collections, access is restricted to times when a staff member is available. Thus, we strongly encourage you to make a confirmed appointment before visiting campus. For USF System students, faculty, and staff, we can discuss which collections or resources would be most appropriate for your research prior to your visit. For our guests in the community, we will advise you on the materials we have that may serve your needs as well as answer any questions you may have about parking or logistics before you travel to campus.
